FAQ

Common questions

Is Calibratory a chiropractor or medical clinic?

No. Calibratory is a performance alignment studio offering mobility and postural tune-up sessions. It is not a medical clinic, and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. For injuries or medical concerns, please see a licensed physician.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No referral is needed for a general tune-up. If your intake or session raises a medical red flag, we'll recommend seeing a doctor before continuing rather than working around it.

How long is a session?

15–20 minutes. It's called a tune-up on purpose — we work on one specific restriction, not a head-to-toe hour-long treatment. If you're picturing a spa massage slot, this is a faster, narrower thing by design.

Is the service available in Thai?

Calibratory currently operates in English only, for the expat and international community in Bangkok.

What should I bring to my session?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, and a completed online intake form submitted before your appointment.

How is this different from a massage?

A tune-up is assessment-led and short by design: the session is built around what your movement screen shows, not a fixed-length rub-down. The goal is a specific mobility or postural change in the time we have, not general relaxation.

What if I have a real injury?

Tell us in your intake. If something looks like it needs medical attention — recent trauma, sharp or radiating pain, neurological symptoms — we'll say so directly and point you to a doctor rather than book a session that isn't appropriate.
