When you book a session, we collect your name, email, and phone number, along with health and safety information you provide in the intake questionnaire — including current injuries, neck or head trauma history, past surgeries, current medications and dosages, and relevant health flags. This is sensitive personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), and we collect it only with your explicit consent, only to the extent needed to prepare for and safely deliver your session.
Health intake information is used solely to assess whether a tune-up session is appropriate for you, to work with you safely, and to keep a record in case of any question about your session later. It is not used for marketing.
Intake data is transmitted securely and stored in a private database on infrastructure we control. Access is limited to the practitioner providing your session. We do not sell or share your health information with third parties, except where required by law.
When you submit a booking, a notification is sent internally (including via Telegram) so your session can be prepared. This notification includes your name and the nature of your booking, not your full health intake.
We retain intake records for as long as reasonably necessary for safety and record-keeping purposes, and will delete or anonymize data on request where we are not required to retain it by law.
Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at help@calibratory.com to make a request.
This site may use basic analytics to understand traffic. No health information is ever included in analytics data.
