Services

One session. A clear focus.

Every Calibratory session starts the same way: we look at how you actually move, find where you're restricted or compensating, and spend the full 15–20 minutes on that one thing — not a fixed routine run on autopilot.

Most booked

The Tune-Up

A quick mobility and alignment assessment followed by focused hands-on work on your single tightest, most restricted area. Built for anyone who sits, trains, or travels hard and needs a fast fix, not a spa afternoon.

15–20 minutes

Desk-Body Reset

Targeted work on the neck, thoracic spine, or shoulders — the pattern that builds up from long hours at a screen or on a plane.

15–20 minutes

Performance Prep

For athletes and shooters: a quick movement screen plus mobility work aimed at getting one specific joint or pattern firing cleanly before training or competition.

15–20 minutes

What a session includes

Every tune-up follows the same structure

01 — Intake review

We read your questionnaire before you arrive

Your online intake — training history, any injuries, medications, past surgeries — is reviewed before your session so we're not guessing in the room.

02 — Movement assessment

We find the actual restriction

A short hands-on and movement-based screen to identify what's actually tight, restricted, or compensating — not just where it hurts.

03 — Focused work

Hands-on mobility and soft-tissue work

The bulk of the session, spent on the specific areas identified — not a generic head-to-toe massage.

04 — Take-home plan

Two or three moves to hold the gains

Simple, specific homework — and a clear referral to a doctor if anything we find is outside a tune-up's scope.

What we don't do. Calibratory does not diagnose medical conditions, treat injuries, or replace care from a licensed physician. If your questionnaire or session raises a red flag — recent trauma, neurological symptoms, post-surgical complications — we'll refer you out rather than work on it.
